About us

Good knowledge, spread widely.

Informatics for Life exists to bridge the technology gap in machine learning and generative AI — through free education and honest, expert consulting. We keep the human in the loop: the human brain's roughly 100 trillion synapses are the reason our channel, and our name, start with people.

Founded in 2018 as a Canadian federal nonprofit, we have put donated technology to work for the public good — including Google Cloud support during the COVID-19 pandemic — and we continue that model today: contributions in, free knowledge out.
